Green Lanes, Haringey is a new development being built in partnership with Clarion Housing Group by our client Engie.
The scheme is situated between Manor House and Turnpike Lane stations and includes 133 new homes across 6 blocks, ranging from 4 – 7 stories high, a new NHS facility capable of servicing 15,000 local residents, and a new energy centre to power the new development. The buildings will replace an underused warehousing facility and have been designed to fit seamlessly into the busy Green Lanes High Street.
Works will begin in mid July and are due to complete in Autumn 2021, and Box & Charnock will be providing the full mechanical and electrical installation including:
