B&C Mechanical and Electrical Installation at Linton Fuels Development in Wandsworth, contributes to Taylor Wimpey Homes South Thames being awarded NHBC “Perfect 6” score
After an extensive inspection, we were delighted to hear that the Linton Fuels Development was awarded a “Perfect 6” score by NHBC. The inspection included every element of the development from foundations to finishes, and all the mechanical and electrical installation carried out by Box & Charnock.
To score the Perfect 6, all elements must be scored at 100% – meaning that the work must show extra attention to detail over and above the standards, and that the inspector must feel that most of what they’ve seen can’t be improved upon.
Congratulations to the Taylor Wimpey South Thames team and all the contractors involved in the inspection. Such a high score shows commitment to achieving a high standard of delivery from all involved.
