Preventative Maintenance

Our Services

Mechanical and electrical systems are built to last, but they need to be well maintained if they are to be as efficient and effective as possible. Preventative maintenance helps spot minor problems before they become major ones and can save you thousands of pounds in repair costs.

Box and Charnock’s planned preventative maintenance program is designed to cater for your building’s individual needs, with an engineer visiting periodically to assess and service your equipment to the highest standards.

All aspects of your mechanical, electrical or plumbing system will be considered, and we’ll take remedial action if anything is not running smoothly.

Warranties

Most equipment manufacturers issue warranties with stipulations over how often servicing and maintenance should be conducted. If the servicing is not carried out and logged by a qualified professional within the time specified, your system could be at risk if anything does go wrong.

Affecting the Bottom Line

Ultimately, preventative maintenance extends the lifespan of your equipment and could make a big difference to your bottom line. To speak to a member of the Box and Charnock team about your building and its maintenance needs, please click below or give us a call on 01234 834 483.

In-house Engineers

A team of in-house engineers means we can maintain control over quality, ensuring our service is of a consistently high standard. Working with subcontractors can add layers of complication, but our engineers are directly employed by Box and Charnock, so arranging callouts is simple and efficient.

We ask each of our engineers to sign up to a code of conduct, because we want you to feel comfortable with the people coming into your home or workplace. The code includes standards of professionalism and presentation, and requires the engineer to leave your premises clean and tidy at the end of every visit.
