Congratulations to Maverick, who has just completed his HND in Building Services Engineering.
Maverick joined us in 2015 as part of our Estimating team, but as his goal was to progress to site management we put him on our Pathways Scheme in 2016. Our Pathways give employees access to training, mentoring, real life experience and formal qualifications, to help them to achieve their career goals.
Maverick moved to a Mechanical Site Management role in early 2017 and has been studying part time at London South Bank University. His qualification has covered modules including Engineering Mathematics, Construction Practice and specific engineering topics.
Maverick’s qualification is a tribute to his hard work and determination, and we look forward to watching his career progress.
