A redevelopment of the former Homebase store and carpark to comprise of 365 residential units in 5 to 19 storey blocks and 22,000SQFT supermarket at ground floor, 70 supermarket parking spaces, 18 residential parking spaces, and landscaped courtyard gardens at podium level.

- Sprinkler system
- Rainwater & SVP Drainage
- Wet & Dry riser systems
- All cold and hot water systems
- Supply and install of MVHR to all apartments
- All plumbing works in apartments including brassware and sanitary ware
- Ventilation systems
