Jack Lisi Promoted to Commercial Director
Jack Lisi, who joined the business as a Project Surveyor in September 2012, has consistently demonstrated outstanding capability and commitment. Progressing through a number of roles, he has most recently served as Divisional Commercial Director (London), where he has been a valued member of the senior team.
In his new role as Commercial Director, Jack will oversee all commercial activities across the wider business and contribute to the development and delivery of overall business strategy.
Richard Whitlock Promoted to Divisional Production Director (London)
Richard Whitlock joined the company in August 2014 and quickly established himself as a key contributor. Advancing from Project Manager to Contracts Manager, he has built a strong reputation for delivering projects on time and within budget, while maintaining excellent client relationships.
As Divisional Production Director (London), Richard will support the senior team in strengthening the client order book across South and Central London, while continuing to provide leadership and guidance to his project teams.
Wayne Penman Promoted to Divisional Production Director (Home Counties)
Wayne Penman joined Box & Charnock in May 2016 as a Working Foreman and has progressed through the business to become Divisional Operations Manager. His dedication and strong work ethic have been instrumental in building a robust client base and order book.
In his new role as Divisional Production Director (Home Counties), Wayne will continue to drive operational excellence and support ongoing regional growth.
Phil Norton Appointed Design, Technical and Compliance Director
Phil Norton joined the business as Operations Director in January 2021 and has brought significant technical expertise to the organisation, successfully delivering complex projects from design through to completion.
As Design, Technical and Compliance Director, Phil will play a critical role in providing technical leadership, guiding clients through the Gateway process, and supporting high standards across project delivery.
