Box & Charnock are delighted to have been appointed by JJ Rhatigan to design & deliver the building services for HubLiving’s Assemblies Co-Living Development.
Assemblies will see the regeneration of a former office building on Minories in the Aldgate area of City of London. The development will see the existing building extended in height to provide 277 modern co-living homes, complemented by social and amenity spaces throughout the building.
Box & Charnock have commenced the building services design as part of the imminent Gateway submission.
