Box & Charnock is pleased to announce the commencement of full RIBA Stage 4 MEPH design for Brent Cross Plot 43b, part of a major student accommodation development for client JJ Rhatigan.
Following our appointment to assist with the Gateway 2 application, Box & Charnock will also be delivering the complete mechanical, electrical, plumbing and heating design for the development, which consists of 666 student rooms across two high-rise buildings, strategically located near the new Brent Cross West Overground Station within the Brent Cross Town Regeneration project.
Our installation works are scheduled to commence in September 2026, with the development anticipated for completion in spring 2028.
This project further strengthens Box & Charnock’s ability to assist its clients with providing initial gateway support, building services design and delivery on large-scale high-rise student accommodation projects.
