Following the successful delivery of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) services across earlier phases, this latest appointment marks a continuation of our strong working relationship with City & Country. We are delighted to once again be collaborating with their team on this landmark project.
Phase 3 will see the delivery of a further 112 high-end new homes, forming part of the ongoing sensitive conversion of the historic Victorian buildings at the former Springfield Hospital site. This iconic development blends heritage architecture with modern living, creating a truly unique residential offering in South West London.
