Our Services

Box and Charnock’s years of experience in the building services industry have given us a unique perspective on customer care. That has allowed us to develop an approach that works the way you need it to.

All our installations are maintained for the duration of the contract defect period. If something does go wrong, we know you want to be back up and running as soon as possible, so our clients deal directly with us, not a third-party contractor.

Code of conduct

We know you need to be comfortable with the people who come into your home, so our service engineers all commit to a code of conduct that requires them to be well-presented and courteous at all times. All our engineers carry ID badges that you can use to verify your engineer with us, so you can rest assured that you’re in safe hands.

All our engineers are directly employed by Box and Charnock, which means you can be confident they are qualified, professional and trustworthy.

Annual Service & Maintenance also helps to spot minor problems before they become major ones and can save on more expensive repair or replacement costs at a later date.

Box and Charnock’s Service & Maintenance programmes are designed to cater for your home or building’s individual needs, with an engineer visiting periodically to assess and service your equipment to the highest standards.

All aspects of your mechanical, electrical or plumbing system will be considered, and we’ll take remedial action if anything is not running smoothly.
