Electrical services are one of the most important aspects of a building development project. Without intelligent and reliable electrical systems, every other aspect of the building is at risk.

At Box and Charnock, we believe a turnkey approach is essential to ensuring electrical services are fit for purpose, and we can provide a full service from design through to installation. We also stay involved in aftercare, as our familiarity with your system makes ongoing maintenance more effective.

A Turnkey Approach

Electrical services are too important to leave anything to chance, so we prefer to be involved throughout the lifecycle of your project. Our partners usually bring us in at RIBA Stage 3, which allows us to develop designs and see the work through installation to commissioning at Stage 6.

Once your residential development or mixed-use scheme is occupied we go further, with an aftersales team who provide support throughout a two-year warranty period. This preserves the knowledge of the installation throughout the crucial Stage 7, when the development is in full use, and gives our partners and customers confidence any issues will be quickly understood and resolved.

Full Certification

Box and Charnock’s electrical services team are fully qualified and certified under the NICEIC scheme, which means they carry out work to the highest safety standards.

We also run apprenticeship schemes, through which we help to develop the next generation of electrical engineers.
